Problem:
NetVault Database backup completes with warning: Failed to find file '...\NetVault\db\privpresets.bin' file to backup. Also results in Windows Event Log error ID 4102.

Symptoms:
Privpresets.bin is only created when Access Control privileges are saved as a set. Earlier versions* of the NetVault Database plugin are set to backup this file by default.

Solution/Workaround/Procedure:
To create the privpreset.bin file, select Access Control under Administration from the main NetVault GUI. Open any of the listed users. Go to the Privileges tab and click on Save Preset. Assign a value and click save. This will create the .bin file and eliminate the warning.

Alternatively, create an empty .txt file called 'privpreset.bin' and save it in ~netvault/bin directory.
