Review:
The message came from a reply from the tape and it is almost certainly a hardware error, most likely a bad tape or SCSI card. 

Resolution:
Kindly perform a scan on media '000062', if the result is bad, please replace the media with a healthy media, monitor the next backup and see if the same error occur.
